New solo for trombone by Heinz Holliger

Svoboda premierd a new work for solo trombone at the Wittener Festival last May 2011 by swiss composer/oboist/conductor Heinz Holliger called "Deux Lectures de Korsovel". These two pieces were written for Vinko Globokar's 75th birthday, based on dada-esque poems by the Slovenian poet-genius Srecko Kosovel (1904-1926). This interesting contribution to the repertoire will be published by Schott Music International.
